History

Press Badane Azar Company has started its industrial activity since 1983 under the name (General Mold Maker) on Khavaran Street. At that time, it started manufacturing various types of mandrel and matrix molds and steel and foam molds on its agenda.

In 1985, Mazdadek Company proposed the production of Mazda 1600 front fenders to General Mold Maker Company. Thus, the company began manufacturing the relevant molds and in 1987, the molds were finished. Then, the company was transferred to Karaj Old Road, Risandagi Street, and mass production of Mazda 1600 front fenders began. Press Badane Azar Company, as the first domestic manufacturer of Mazda parts in Japan, started its activity in the field of producing metal parts for the car body, followed by the production of Paykan 53 front fender molds and its production as a new project on the company’s agenda.

With the increase in production in 1989, the company was moved to Danesh Town and after a year it was moved to the Karaj special road, 16th kilometer of Malek Street. In the same year, the first sample of the front fender of the Mazda 1600 was delivered to Iran Vant Company (Bahman Group). After the experts of the Bahman Group Company examined it, Press Badane Azar Company was introduced as the first domestic manufacturer of the company, which had no similar domestic competitor in terms of quality, total price and delivery time.

After the approval of the Press Badane Azar Company as a manufacturer of metal parts for the car body, and with the efforts of the specialists and engineering personnel and the production line of the Press Badane Azar Company, the front radiator tray and rear fender of the Mazda 1600 were also produced and approved by the Iran Vant Company. In 1994, the company, under the new name of Press Badane Azar, sent Japanese Mazda body parts to Iran Vant and Mazda Spare Parts.

With the increase in the quality and quantity of parts, the company faced space limitations. Therefore, in 1997, it was moved to the location of 17th kilometer of the old Karaj road, Ismail Abad Street, Fifth Street, Plate 33. In the same year, the construction of the engine door molds began, and in the same year the part was produced and the first sample was approved by the experts of the Bahman Group. In this way, a higher percentage of the Mazda 2000 pickup body parts are supplied through the Press Badane Azar Company. Also, by manufacturing a set of metal skeleton molds for the Paykan dashboard from 1998 to late 2004, according to a contract with SAPCO, the above piece was produced and placed at the disposal of the company (Mehr Kam Pars).

Establishing a quality management system

In order to compete in global markets and prove the continuity of the quality level of its products and increase customer satisfaction, this company established a quality management system and in October 2003, it succeeded in establishing a quality management system based on the ISO 9001-2000 standard and also succeeded in obtaining the approval of the URS auditors. During this period, it has made great efforts in its life cycle to create a place in the country’s industries. Since the main specialization of the company’s founders was mold making and production of metal parts for automobiles, and this specialization has become one of the main specializations in today’s world, Press Badane Azar Company has succeeded in expanding its activities in the field of metal parts for automobiles and, over time, has become a well-known company in the group of parts manufacturers in the automotive industry and one of the main contractors of Bahman Group Company in the automobile and Mazda Japanese manufacturing industries and other infrastructure industries in the country.

ISO/TS 16949:2002 Certificate

Considering the increasing need of the industry and the company’s customers for a higher quality level than the existing conditions and moving towards specialized work in the professional fields of the company, its executive policies and the market needs have taken the initiative to obtain the ISO/TS 16949:2002 certificate. In this way, it will be coordinated with the best executive methods in the world and in this regard. It can attract the confidence of its customers as much as possible towards the management system. The company and the quality of its products.

Finally, in March 2005, it succeeded in obtaining the approval of the auditors of the Italian IMQ company and in November 2006 and also in December 2007, it succeeded in extending the validity of the ISO/TS certificate.
